In our regular, everyday breathing we do not fully exhale the air in our lungs, making it all the more important to have a regimen which focuses on this rejuvenating practice.

Deep exhalations help replace accumulated CO2 with fresh, oxygenated air which creates energy, fuels the muscles, eliminates toxins and strengthens the immune system, to name a few.

Deep breathing promotes better blood circulation in the face and body which is one of the very important factors of a youthful looking face. The Face Yoga Method incorporates conscious deep breathwork into every pose which helps to improve the health of our skin and entire body.
