The following Terms and Conditions, as in force on the date of order, shall exclusively apply to the pre-contractual and contractual relationship between the buyer (referred as “costumer’”, “user” or “you”) and lux-dwms.com.

These Terms and Conditions will supersede any and all other terms and conditions contained in or referred to in order(s), in correspondence or elsewhere, except when conditions change by mutual agreement.

lux-dwms.com reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.

We assume when the costumer is placing an order is automatically accepting our terms.

Products
The products’ pictures are not part of the pre-contractual and contractual relationship as they are purely indicative and shall not create a warranty or legal obligation.

Regarding descriptions, details and prices of the products provided by official suppliers appearing on the Site, lux-dwms.com bears no responsibility.

While we aim to keep the Site as up to date as possible we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Price
Product prices are in Euros and are stated exclusive of delivery charges which will be indicated separately on our Site and before order completion.

Delivery charges depend on package destination country and weight.

Purchase is always in euros.

lux-dwms.com is no responsible for exchange rate errors and customer bank fees.

We reserve the right to amend prices.

In case of error due to computer virus, technical or typing mistakes, your order will be cancelled.

Shipping
Shipping fees depend on destination country and weight of the parcels.

Payment
At lux-dwms.com, we understand how important security is to you. We only accept payments with established online payment operators like bank transfer and credit card, sometimes Ria Transfer, MoneyGram, Western Union, World Remit etc.

Products’ price and the shipping cost shall be debited from your account or from your credit/debit card when your order is accepted by us.

We shall not be liable for any misuse of information by third parties.

Please note that all prices on our websites are shown and processed in Euro.

It means that if you have account or credit/debit card in other currency, the amount will be automatically converted to Euro at official exchange rate.

Liability
To the fullest extent lux-dwms.com shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, incidental, multiple, punitive or other indirect damages, delays or breach of contract (including, demonstrations or strikes, floods, fire, war).

lux-dwm.com will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, or from any products purchased from this site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.

lux-dwm.com is not responsible for the parcels detained at local customs and cannot be liable for any additional costs that may be required for customs clearance.

It is client’s responsibility to be aware of the local customs in his/her destination country and to pay an adequate fee if necessary.

Comments and testimonials

Our Communication and Marketing Department monitor comments, reviews and opinions.

In case testimonials violate law or ethical principles (insulting, defamation, abusive advertising) lux-dwms.com reserves the right to amend or exclude it.
