NucleoFill 25 is a mesotherapy product designed by Promoitalia laboratories. It works in deep renewal and biorestructuring of the skin. The latter is visibly rejuvenated, without altering the original features, and the results are long-lasting.

In addition to providing a lifting effect, it has antioxidant and moisturizing properties. The injection of this product reduces the appearance of grooves and wrinkles on the face.

Product Properties

NucleoFill 25 contains polynucleotides whose action is triple at the cellular level. They stimulate fibroblast receptors, which transform into myofibroblasts. These cells then synthesize collagen, particularly type I, and create an extracellular matrix. This structure helps to lift the skin and make it thicker.

Polynucleotides also have an antioxidant effect by capturing free radicals. Finally, by binding to water, these polymers maintain iso-osmotic hydration in the extracellular matrix. The pH of the biostimulant gel NucleoFill 25 is between 6.8 and 7.5, while its viscosity ranges from 48 to 65 PA.
