What is a Hyaluron pen?

A treatment with a hyaluron pen is a filler treatment without a needle. The pen treats lips, wrinkles, smoker’s lines, nose-lip folds and marionette lines quickly and without pain. The Hyaluron pen works on the basis of high air pressure. This ensures that the hyaluronic acid is distributed evenly under the skin. (see photo).

This photo gives an idea of how to handle and use a hyaluronic pen.

Causes of skin deterioration?

The skin decreases in elasticity around the age of 30 due to various causes. Some important causes are smoking, air pollution, decrease in hormones and sun damage. Your skin, which naturally contains hyaluronic acid, decreases with age and due to these previously mentioned causes. Due to this fact, the skin retains less moisture and fat. You can solve this with temporary fillers that fade wrinkles and restore volume.

The treatment areas with the hyaluronic pen

Marionette lines:

These are the lines that run from the corners of the mouth to the lower jaw. This is caused by age but can also occur when you lose a lot of weight.

Smoker’s lines:

These are vertical lines on the upper lip. These lines become deeper with age and non-smokers can also suffer from this if they repeatedly purse their lips.

Lip filling:

It is known that with age the volume and appearance of the lips decreases. This gives you a lesser appearance, you can remedy this with fillers, which will increase the youthful appearance of your face.

Nasolabial fold:

These folds run from the wings of the nose to the corners of the mouth and are called nasolabial lines with a longer term. They can become more visible over the years due to frequent laughing.

This photo shows which areas of the face can be treated with the hyaluronic pen.

This treatment with this hyaluron pen is a method that does not involve a needle. The hyaluronic acid shoots through the first layers of skin by means of high air pressure. This is completely painless; you can only be a little shocked by the moment. This method is very suitable for treating the face or lips because this method is safe and painless.

Fillers

Fillers were used in the past to restore body shapes after undergoing a surgical procedure. Now fillers are used to counteract aging or anti-aging. What a filler does (temporarily) is to fade wrinkles by restoring the natural moisture volume of the skin. The ingredient responsible for this is called hyaluronic acid and is biodegradable, which means it is broken down by the body in a natural way and leaves the body. Fillers are applied to the skin in relatively small amounts and diluted and thus provide a temporary volume boost to your skin.

The result is a younger and fresher appearance because wrinkles almost disappear, and lips become fuller. The result is immediately noticeable after the treatment and is at its best two weeks after the treatment. A skin that is even and swelling decreases. Wrinkles are reduced by 90%. The brand of hyaluronic acid that we supply is from Greenfiller and is 100% biodegradable. These fillers have proven to be reliable and safe.

The 8 benefits of a hyaluronic pen:

  8. Pen is suitable for salon use.

Current rates in a beauty salon for Hyaluronic acid injection:

0.5 ml = 95, – euro

1.0 ml = 179, – euro

2.0 ml = 250, – euro

Please note! After a treatment

We would like to point out that you should not drink alcohol or hot drinks after a filler treatment. In addition, you should not go into the sun or use a sunbed for the first 78 hours after a filler treatment. We advise you not to use make-up or cream for the first hour. The effect will last for about 4 months and can be extended with a new treatment.

Important

Furthermore, we would like to advise you to drink a lot of water after the treatment. Why do you think so? Now, it is normally already wise to drink 1.5 to 2.0 liters of water per day, but hyaluron has the property of binding water. This benefits the volume and moisture balance of your face.

How exactly does the hyaluronic pen work?

What it comes down to is that this is a non-invasive way of treating, so you don’t have to penetrate the skin with a needle. The pen works on the basis of the “silent shot” system. The hyaluron shoots through the first layers of skin by means of air pressure. This pressure builds up in the pen. You feel little to nothing of this. People who have undergone the treatment indicate that the feeling is like an elastic band that touches the skin. The pen distributes the hyaluron nicely evenly under the skin by means of the spray effect, also called the spray effect. Because of this system, the skin does not have to be massaged and you do not experience any bumps under the skin. We work with good quality hyaluron.

Is it a trend or…..?

One of the latest trends in the beauty industry is filling lips (and other facial areas) that have lost their volume over the years. If you are interested in this technique, it is important to read up on the technique and practice on an apple, for example. Watching videos is also recommended.

The hyaluronic pen?

The hyaluron pen and its entry into the beauty industry. The pen is actually not as new as one might think. In the past, this pen was used for people with diabetes. The pen shot insulin into the skin of diabetics. Now, decades later after scientific research, the pen is used as a filler. The pen now shoots hyaluronic acid into lips, the face and the neck without a needle. The pressure that is built up in the pen is strong enough to shoot fluid through the skin.

The pen itself is not the miracle cure and does not claim to be. The technique is less invasive than when working with needles. The risk of bruising and swelling is very low with this technique. The technique is considered non-invasive, which means that the risks of abnormalities are smaller. The fillers are not permanent. The effect will last for 3 to 4 months.

The miracle cure that comes out of the pen is hyaluronic acid. This is a substance that people have in their own body. That is why the chance of allergy is small because it is naturally present. The substance is very good at retaining water. As you get older, the hyaluronic acid that is present retains less and less water. The result is less full lips and a face with signs of aging. In short, a less youthful appearance.

The alternative

In the beauty industry there are two ways to combat skin aging. Dermafillers or botox. Botox is used to fill wrinkles caused by the expression of the muscles in the face. The dermafillers are used to bring back the volume in the face.

There is no substance on earth that is more hydrating than hyaluronic acid. It is a naturally occurring form of sugar that functions alongside collagen and elastin. The substance ensures that the skin retains its shape and looks hydrated.

Did you know: 1 hyaluronic acid molecule can hold up to 1000 times its own weight in water.

What are the side effects of the Hyaluron pen?

  1. Since the technology is still relatively new (as a filler), no long-term effects are yet known.
  2. It is clear that the methods of injection (pen or needle) differ significantly from each other. You can see this clearly in the picture shown on the site. The hyaluron pen was originally introduced to allow diabetes patients to inject insulin safely. This does indicate that thorough research has been done on the method.
