Description

XTRA Lightening plus 5x5ml is an anti-spot brightening agent with peptides that, by reducing melanin synthesis, diminishes age spots and freckles.

The skin then regains its radiance, luminosity, and transparency thanks to this depigmenting action.

Protocol

Before starting the treatment, the patient’s medical history must be established and they must be informed of the immediate effects of the treatment, as well as possible side effects.

The treatment must be performed by a professional authorized to practice these techniques.

This product can be used with a derma roller or a derma pen (microneedling) or through superficial injections.

A maximum of one vial must be used per session. The treatment may last for example 3 months at a rate of one session per week.

It is possible to space the sessions further apart and to extend the treatment over a longer duration.

You can then apply a moisturizing cream or a soothing mask to calm the irritation and prolong the effects of the product.

Hyaluronic Acid: Thanks to its elastic qualities and water richness, hyaluronic acid gives the skin a smooth and plump appearance. It also has an anti-aging effect due to its tightening effects that help to diminish the grooves caused by skin aging.

Arbutin: effectively inhibits the activity of tyrosinase and, consequently, the production of melanin. Due to structural similarities with the substrates of tyrosinase, arbutin acts through a competitive binding mechanism in the active sites of the enzyme.

Furthermore, arbutin has the ability to inhibit DHICA produced by Polymerase (5,6-dihydroxy-indole-2-carboxylic acid) resulting from the oxidation of tyrosine.

Glycyrrhiza uralensis (licorice) root extract: the inhibition of the enzyme tyrosinase, and a slight reduction in melanin and color.

Licorice extract also has anti-inflammatory properties by inhibiting the synthesis of superoxide anion and the activity of cyclooxygenase.

Anti-aging effect to effectively absorb UVA and B rays. Anti-radical.

3-O-ethyl Ascorbic Acid: The depigmenting activity of ascorbic acid is due both to its inhibitory action on tyrosinase and its ability to reduce dopaquinone to DOPA, which can also prevent the formation of melanin.
