The new ghd Gold Styler is the upgrade to THE classic from ghd. 10 years ago, the first version of the Gold Styler was launched and has now become the everyday essential for many women worldwide. The Gold Styler is an incredibly versatile hair straightener and achieves in this new version smoother, straighter and healthier hair that the earlier versions. Due to the technical upgrade, the straightener now has a dual zone technology, where to heat sensors keep the styling temperature stable instead of a single one. As it is common with all GHD devices, this styler also uses the ideal temperature of 185°C to achieve long-lasting results with minimal damage to the hair. Lower temperatures don’t provide a lasting result and higher temperatures damaged the hair unnecessarily.

The shorter heating time helps with making perfect styling quicker than before. Thanks to the new rounded housing and the smoother plates a styling without kinks in the hair is easier than ever. The device switches itself off automatically after 30 minutes without use, as an additional safety feature.
